John Sanders works in the design industry with technical experience in architectural design, civil and master planning. He does everything from design, land development, construction documentation and construction administration on various building types and property. His passion is creating, drawing and sculpting. He loves to reuse, re-purpose, recycle and upcycle things. He started out repurposing pallets into furniture, but it's a long process and hard to sell as a part-time hobby. After looking around his garage for new ideas, he realized his family had a lot of bikes and leftover parts.
One way of working his way through college was jewelry repair, design and sales in studio as an art student. Always having a lifelong love for cycling and re-purposing materials & parts, it was a natural course for him to merge his passion of cycling and his skills as an artist.
The reason he created this jewelry was to help sponsor his son Isaac as an inspiring Junior Mountain Biker with aspirations of becoming an Olympic athlete and pro-cyclist. He currently races with Front Ranger Junior Cycling Team part of USA Cycling in road, track and mountain, and Highlanders (NICA) High School Mountain Team.
