Return Policy
Returns are considered within 30 days
Most new, unused, unopened items with original attached tags and undamaged original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for consideration of a refund.
Eligible Returns
Items must be new, unused, unopened, with original attached tags and in the original undamaged packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Bicycles, Final Sale items, Sale items, Closeout items, Special Order items, Custom Ordered items, and Custom Made items are not returnable.
Return Authorization Process
Step 1
Request an RMA number from Kickstand Culture within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Step 2
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return shipping package.
Step 3
Make sure the returned item is received by us within 10 days of the RMA number being issued.
After 30 calendar days from the purchase date, no RMA can be issued and items are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be received within 10 days of the RMA being issued to be considered for a refund.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our order processing error, such as if we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the return shipping cost.
Kickstand Culture is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit or damaged. Please use appropriate insurance coverage and file any necessary claim directly with the shipping company.
Refund Processing
Returns are typically processed within 1 week after the returned item has been received and inspected.
