Return Policy
Most items that are new, unused, unopened, with original attached tags and in the original undamaged packaging, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for consideration of a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Bicycles, Final Sale items, Sale items, Closeout items, Special Order items, or items that have been Custom Ordered or Custom Made, are not returnable.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested from Kickstand Crafts within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date of the item(s). After 30 calendar days from the purchase date, no RMA can be issued and items are not eligible for return.
The returned item(s) must be received at our office within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number to be considered for a refund. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our order processing error (for example, if we were to have shipped an incorrect item), we will gladly pay the return shipping cost. The RMA number must be written and clearly visible on the outside of the shipping package of the item(s) being returned.
We typically process returns within 1 week of the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). As Kickstand Culture is not responsible for the return shipment, returns can not be processed if the return item is lost in transit or damaged in any way. It is the customer's responsibility to ship with appropriate insurance coverage and to file any claim with the shipping company in the event of loss or damage.
