Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

When We Ship

Most orders comprised entirely of in-stock items typically ship out the same or next business day.  While we ship out most in-stock orders on the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, that is not guaranteed, so please be sure to contact us if time is of the essence.  (We can not ship out orders on the same day if ordered after 2:00 PM Eastern.)  Although rare, if we get really busy, Standard Shipping orders may get bumped to the next business day, with preference given to orders that specify Priority Mail or a UPS service.  We do not ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or on USA Holidays.  Orders typically ship from our store near Buffalo, New York although occasionally orders may ship out from one of our vendors located elsewhere.

Standard Shipping

  • 48 CONTINENTAL STATES: $6.99 flat-rate (FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.00 in the 48 continental states)
  • HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO: $14.99 flat-rate
  • CANADA: Weight-based rates via postal service starting at US$9.99
Standard shipping in the USA is by any of various US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS services at our sole discretion. Please allow 7 business days to receive your order in the 48 continental states, longer for HI, AK, and PR.  Standard shipping to Canada is via postal service, and due to customs, it can take anywhere from just 3 days to about 2 weeks.   Ontario locations are typically at the lower end of that range due to our close proximity.

Express Shipping

USPS Priority Mail and UPS express shipping services are offered to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Currently, we do not offer any express shipping to Canada.
