The Roswheel Accessory Pouch can either be fitted securely to the Roswheel Handlebar Bag using the ‘Fast-Fix’ strap system, or it can also be used solo, for single day rides.  It has a wide zip for convenient access to gear more often needed.   While this is part of Roswheel's Road Collection, it is equally adept off-road or while touring.
